Cookies & Similar Technologies Policy
1. Technologies LionIQ uses
LionIQ uses browser storage technologies such as localStorage and sessionStorage for essential website functionality. Optional first-party usage analytics may be recorded only after consent. The current production code does not load Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager and does not use behavioural advertising cookies.
Privacy preferences and session storage supporting requested Leo/Business Scan features are necessary or functional storage. The analytics grant and analytics deduplication keys are optional and are used only with analytics consent.
2. Persistent browser storage

Valid choices from older versions are migrated without changing the selection. The old consent key is removed after a successful write of the current choice.
3. Browser session storage

4. Usage analytics and choices
Optional LionIQ Usage analytics are activated only while consent is enabled and may be retained on our servers for 365 days, with automatic deletion at startup and the next daily cleanup after expiry. Normal event emission is gated by the browser's consent choice, and /api/leo-event requires an active server-issued analytics grant before storing an allowed event. The related analytics events do not include the full content of conversations with Leo, contact messages or Business Scan answers.
You can accept, reject or change your choice at any time through Privacy settings in the website footer. Rejecting optional analytics does not prevent use of the website's essential functions. Withdrawal stops future analytics emission during normal site use, removes the grant from localStorage and attempts to revoke it on the server; it does not automatically delete earlier analytics records.
You can also delete localStorage and sessionStorage data through your browser settings. Essential storage may be used where needed for functionality you request or so that the website remembers your privacy choice.
