1. Provider and purpose

The website presents LionIQ services in the following areas: Web & Software (websites, e-shops, web apps, mobile apps and custom systems), Paid Advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads and tracking / optimization), Creative Content (posts, carousels, Reels / short videos and ad creatives), AI (AI assistants and custom integrations / automations undertaken only after evaluation), and Website Optimization & Tracking (analytics / measurement, performance, usability and conversion / landing-page optimization). Its content is informational; a visit, Business Scan, Leo chat or request does not automatically create a binding contract.

2. Commercial relationship

Scope, price, deliverables, deadlines, payment terms, support and other contractual terms are agreed separately through a proposal, contract or written communication.

3. Leo, AI and Business Scan

Leo is an AI assistant combining predefined LionIQ guidance with responses generated using an external AI provider. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or wrong. Accuracy and results are not guaranteed; you must verify critical information. Leo does not provide legal, medical, financial, accounting or other regulated professional advice. A reply is not a binding commercial offer unless separately confirmed by LionIQ.

Do not enter passwords, credentials, payment or card data, health data, special-category personal data or unnecessary third-party data. Without a separate assessment and agreement, LionIQ AI services are not intended for recruitment, hiring or dismissal, credit scoring, insurance eligibility, medical diagnosis, biometric or emotion recognition, or other decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.

Business Scan is an indicative self-assessment tool based on the user's answers and deterministic logic; it is not a certification, formal audit, valuation or a guarantee of sales, revenue or results.

4. Acceptable use and user content

You must not use the website unlawfully; carry out security attacks, malicious automation or API abuse; disrupt the service; introduce malware; gain unauthorised access; or infringe third-party rights. Do not submit unnecessary third-party personal data or sensitive data. You remain responsible for submitted content; LionIQ processes it only as needed for operation, response, security and legitimate business handling, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property and third parties

The LionIQ trade mark and corporate identity, Leo branding/avatar, website design, original text, graphics, interfaces and other content owned by LionIQ are protected under applicable intellectual and industrial property law. Third-party libraries, assets or resources remain subject to their own licences. External links and third-party providers have their own terms; LionIQ does not imply any affiliation, connection or sponsorship.

6. Availability and liability

No absolute guarantee of uninterrupted availability is provided. Interruptions may arise from maintenance, provider or network failures, technical incidents or events outside reasonable control. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law; nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Privacy, changes, governing law and contact

See the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. These Terms may be updated. Greek law applies and the competent courts are determined by applicable Greek law, with reference to Thessaloniki where legally permitted and without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
